Hotel is owned and operated by Alistair Hardy and David
Cushley, brothers-in-law who personally oversee every aspect
of the business. And recently Alistair’s sister Margaret
Waggott has joined the team, taking special interest in
the management of the kitchen and front of house. Despite
the relaxed and friendly atmosphere, such attention to detail
from the family sets the standard for all of the staff that
will be looking after you. |
