The Innerkip Room Restaurant
Scotland is blessed with, quite simply, the finest natural ingredients in the world.
If it’s fish you want, we might suggest salmon or smoked trout. Meat? How about Aberdeen Angus beef, Ayrshire bacon or tender spring lamb from the heather fields of Kilmalcolm - or perhaps venison, pheasant and other Highland game in season? Or Scotland’s unique beastie, haggis.
Our chef Kenneth Combe insists on the freshest produce to create his imaginative dishes, and always has tasty options for vegetarians and today’s health conscious clients.
Round off your meal with a tantalising choice of sweets or local cheeses, followed by coffee and a liqueur - or perhaps a peaty malt whisky from our extensive selection.
