Elbow Room
Our public bar is the hub of the hotel and is the perfect place to enjoy a pint of beer or malt any day of the week. We sell an extensive range of Scotland’s finest malt whiskies and various real ales. The cosy Elbow Room is full of village charm and always boasts a lively and sociable atmosphere particularly in the evenings. Pub grub and beer is plentiful so join us for haggis, chips and gravy or even a cheeky wee malt whisky next time you are passing.
We show most major rugby, football and sports games throughout the year with half-time munchies when the Scotland boys are playing.
For all malt whisky connoisseurs or malt whisky novices we annually hold a master class in the art of understanding and appreciating the origins and distilling processes of a selection of malts – of course tasting them is an integral part of the evening!
