Each room offers en-suite facilities and is equipped with everything a modern traveller would expect, along with a few special little touches to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. All our rooms are non-smoking, with Wi-Fi internet access complimentary for all guests.

A Perfect Dining Experience

At Inverkip Hotel we offer so much more than quality accommodation and a good night’s sleep. Enjoy the full Inverkip experience with Scottish food and drinks. Try fresh local produce in our lounge or restaurant, both of which offer superb lunch and dinner menus. And no stay would be complete without a visit to one of our bars, where you can chat, relax and of course try a sample (or two) from our extensive whisky, gin and wine lists or perhaps a locally crafted ale.

A magnificent setting

Bordering the two areas of Inverclyde and Ayrshire, and nestled in the heart of historic Inverkip village, our hotel is perfectly located for exploring this beautiful part of the Clyde Coast. Just 30 minutes by car from Glasgow Airport and a 5-minute walk from Inverkip Railway Station, we are well connected for visitors from near and far. Kip Marina is a short walk away for those arriving by yacht.

Widely regarded as the gateway to the Scottish Highlands, Inverkip is fortunate to have several ferry sailings right on its doorstep. The terminals at Wemyss Bay and Gourock are just 5 and 15 minutes drive away respectively, providing crossings to the Isle of Bute and Dunoon on the Cowal Peninsula. Largs and Ardrossan ferry terminals are also close by for regular sailings to Cumbrae and Arran.

So whether you are visiting the area on holiday, staying on business or perhaps celebrating a special occasion, we look forward to sharing this special part of Scotland with you.

Things to See and Do

Situated on the west coast of Scotland, the scenery around Inverkip is simply spectacular and despite living here all our lives, the views towards Arran and Argyll never fail to take our breath away.

We would be delighted to help you plan a truly memorable visit, whether it is rest and relaxation or something more active you are looking for. Please just ask a member of our staff during your stay or contact us before you arrive.
